Courses

According to the Art. 51. of the Internal Regulation of PPPGFSC, the courses from the master and PhD Program will be categorized in the following modalities:

I – mandatories, there are the essentials courses to the student education, they can be more generalist or more specific of a concentration area and defined by a normative resolution of the PPGFSC; issued specifically by the coordinator, approved by the “Colegiado Pleno” – CP and by the “Câmara de Pós-Graduação”;

II – electives, there are the courses considering more specific aspects related to the concentration area of the Program as well the courses that composes the associated domain;

III – Training Practice “Estágio de Docência”, course regulated by a normative resolution of the PPGFSC specifically about this theme, issued by the coordinator and approved by the “Colegiado Pleno” CD, conforming the resolution of the “Câmara de Pós-Graduação” which covers this subject.

The PPGFSC/UFSC Coordination strongly recommend to the entrant candidates in the master and PhD courses to attend the mandatory courses in an undergraduate level.

There’s a list above about the courses and their corresponding programs:
