Admission Process 2026/1
The Graduate Program in Physics at UFSC announces the selection process for master’s and doctoral programs for admission in the 2026/1 semester.
Registration will take place between October 11 and 22, 2025 (until 23:59 p.m BRT).
The PPGFSC uses the Unified Graduate Physics Exam (EUF) score for admission to master’s and doctoral programs.

Validity of the selection process and scholarships
The 2026-1 selection process is valid until July 31, 2026.
The Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) does not provide advance notice of the date when scholarship quotas will be confirmed. If a scholarship becomes available during the selection process’s validity period, it may be offered to eligible candidates.
Enrollment may take place after the regular enrollment period if the candidate is awarded a scholarship within that timeframe.
