Master’s Degree in Astronomy by the University of São Paulo (2003). Licentiate Degree in Physics from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (2000). Experience in the area of Astronomy, with emphasis in Extragalactic Astrophysics, working mainly on the following topics: galaxy ecology, galaxies with stellar formation, physical properties and stellar populations of galaxies, active galactic nuclei of and galaxy evolution.
