Luis Guilherme de Carvalho Rego
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from USP (1989), a master’s and a doctoral degree in Physics from UNICAMP, with research internship at Simon Fraser University (Canada) and Yale University (USA). He is currently a Professor of the Department of Physics at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where he coordinates the Group of Dynamic Electrons in Molecules (DinEMol). He has experience in the area of solid-state physics and in the theoretical modeling of molecular systems.
